The 2007 Middle St Vrain/Coney Flats Trip

 This year we ran the Middle St Vrain and Coney Flats Trails located just south of Allenspark on September 9th, while normally we run this trail as the Father's Day run, the Trail Ridge Runners did not have the trail open on that date. Daily afternoon showers insured that the trail still has plenty of mud holes and water crossings, but for us the weather was beautiful and we only got a couple sprinkles.
