The 2005 Rocky Mountain Treffen was held in Nathrop Colorado August 3-7th 2005. While the rain changed our plans, it did not dampen our spirits. Some went Whitewater Rafting, some went rock hounding and some soaked in the Hot Springs. We did the following trails: Grizzly Lake, Lower Pomeroy Lake, Upper Pomeroy Lake, Alpine Tunnel/Hancock & Tincup Passes, Mt Antero and Old Chinaman's Gulch. This year's Treffen Awards went to: Eric Fischer- ITO Award for rolling his dad's Pinz on a newly graded road, prompting a nighttime rescue, Pittman Haymore and Scott Viehdorfer got Newbie Awards for completing the Old Chinaman's Gulch trail.

The following pictures were contributed by Brett Bonomo, Darren Fulton, Pittman Haymore, Park Hill, John Light, Chuck Mackey, Frank McDevitt, Phil Movish, Mike Nims, Dennis Peters, and JR.
